Services Provided to Persons Living With HIV/AIDS
Free HIV Testing: Building Bridges, Inc. uses two (2) types of oral fluid test OraQuick advance and OraSure.  Our trained staff will collect your sample and give confidential one on one risk assessments.

Prevention Case Management (PCM): PCM is a client-centered HIV prevention activity with the fundamental goal of promoting the adoption and maintenance of HIV risk-reduction behaviors.

Referrals: Referrals are initiated and followed up for clients needing additional services to include: mental health treatment, substance abuse treatment, medical appointments, housing, food boxes, etc.

Support Group: Support groups offer benefits to participants that span the spectrum from medical, clinical and services knowledge, and practical advice to emotional support and an improved sense of well-being and quality of life.

Transportation: Limited transportation services are provided to clients to aid in their following up on referrals to include transportation to doctor appointments as well as to support group meetings.

Individual/Group Counseling: Building Bridges, Inc. has trained counselors, including psychologists and social workers to help you.
